100% Finishing Guarantee: When you partner with us, we ensure that you’re building or project is completed with 100% finishing from color selection to water connection, electricity connection, door and window installation, grill placement, tiles or marble installation on the floor and every other required aspect, we handle it all. No Collateral Needed: Worried about putting up collateral or securing your loan with a mortgage? With us, you can breathe easy knowing that no collateral is required. We believe in providing access to financing without unnecessary barriers, making it easier for you to get the funding you need to bring your rural development projects to life.
KYC, Bank Details, and Land Paper: The first step is to submit the necessary documents, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, bank details, and land papers, to initiate the financing process.
Land Assessment: Our team will conduct a thorough assessment of your land and understand your specific project requirements. This step ensures that we have a clear understanding of your needs and objectives before proceeding further.
Quotation: Based on the assessment and your requirements, we'll provide you with a detailed quotation outlining the financing terms, including the total assured value, interest rates, repayment tenure, and any other relevant terms and conditions.
Agreement: Once both parties agree on the terms outlined in the quotation, we'll prepare the necessary agreements to formalize the financing arrangement. These agreements will clearly outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties throughout the duration of the project.
Initial Deposit: At the time of signing the agreement, you'll be required to make an initial deposit of 25% as down-payment of the total assured value. This deposit serves as a commitment to the project and helps facilitate the funding process.
Investment in the Project: Upon receipt of the initial deposit and completion of the necessary documentation, we'll invest the remaining 75% of the funding into the project. This investment will be provided with minimal interest and a repayment tenure of 5-15 years, allowing you to repay the amount in convenient EMIs.
Agreement: You'll be required to repay the remaining 75% of the investment along with interest in regular EMIs over the agreed-upon repayment tenure.
NOC Certificate: Upon full repayment of the investment, we'll issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) certifying that the financing arrangement has been successfully completed.
